urContracts

Your animal agreements, and an attorney when one matters.

Build adoption, foster, sale and health-guarantee agreements in Smart Forms. When one needs a second look, send that exact version to a participating attorney licensed in your state.

What you get

For shelters, rescues, breeders and veterinary practices on urSynergy.

Agreements you build yourself

Write your adoption, foster, sale, co-ownership and health-guarantee agreements in Smart Forms, and keep every version.

Review of one exact version

A review applies to the version you sent. Edit the agreement afterwards and it shows as not reviewed again, so nobody relies on a review that no longer fits.

Attorneys licensed where you are

You see participating attorneys whose bar admission in your state urSynergy staff have checked with the state bar.

Their prices, before you choose

Each attorney publishes the services they offer, what each includes and what it costs. Some offer members a lower price; that is their choice.

One place for the matter

Messages, files and the attorney’s review stay together with the agreement they are about.

How review works

You stay in control at every step, and the agreement itself is not shared until you have engaged an attorney.

1. Build the agreement
Write it in Smart Forms, in your organization’s workspace.
2. Request legal review
Choose what you need (a review, a revision or a custom draft) and the states it is for.
3. Choose an attorney
Pick from the participating attorneys licensed in those states. They check for conflicts first.
4. Engage them directly
The attorney sends their own engagement letter. Once both of you have signed it, they see the agreement.
5. Get the review
The review records who reviewed it, for which version and on what date, and what it covered.

Good to know

Not a law firm
urSynergy is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Smart Forms is a tool for writing your own documents.
Your attorney, your engagement
Each attorney provides legal services under their own engagement with your organization. urSynergy is not a party to it and takes no share of their fees.
A review is a record
A completed review says what the attorney reviewed and when. It is not a guarantee about how a document will be treated.
